The analysis of consequences of land reform in Ukraine which led mainly to land redistribution and reform of property and land relations is carried out. Article is devoted to the improvement of methodological approaches to the formation of the system to attract investments to boost economic and most advantageous use and reproduction of land resource potential to create an effective market infrastructure not only agricultural land but also agricultural products, as well as improving the activity of agricultural enterprises of all forms of ownership.
