Abstract:

The paper shows the evolution of the main indicators of the effectiveness of management of the organization. The term "balanced scorecard" is explained as a synthesis of the retrospective accounting reporting and planning guidelines of the future. A number of key characteristics of the balanced scorecard are indicated in the article. The author also shows the impact of the principles of design of organizational strategy as a basis of the balanced scorecard on the change of the management philosophy of the Company.
