Abstract:

The author explains the concept of state-private partnership. Different forms of this partnership, its basic models, reasons for use and possible risks are given in the article. The analysis of the Russian Federation’s legislation, made by the author, allows to find the spheres for introduction of state-private partnerships. Effective mechanisms of state-private partnership could be used for development of such high-technology industry as defense industrial sector.
