Abstract:

The article deals with basic principles of territory reformation and identifies the problems of the process of territory transformation. The author points out the distinctive features of redevelopment in the process of renovation of complexes of industrial facilities. The study shows that each process of refunctionalisation of urban territories is complex, multifold and multi-constituent.
