Abstract:

The study provides an overview of social-economic types of insurance capital (namely human capital, social capital and customer capital) and substantiates their objective role in the process of reproduction of insurance services. Basing on the methodology proposed by the author, the study provides an analysis of social-economic types of insurance capital as a property relation. The author shows that the essence of insurance capital as a self-expanding value manifests itself through mechanisms of distribution of the added value generated by each of the social-economic types.
