Abstract:

The model “investment-innovation lift” (further – IIL) for small and medium-sized entrepreneurship (further – SME) includes support infrastructure as institutionsmechanisms. The most important question today is to determine indicators of efficiency of the infrastructure and directions of its perfection. One of the approaches here can be the assessment of intensity of realizing social and economic programs in the part of the formation of support infrastructure for SME.
