Abstract:

In the Tatarstan Republic non-profit organization is realizing the regional housing program which activities are unchanged over the past 17 years. At the same time the external and internal factors have changed significantly during this period. In the article are analyzed the various aspects of organization activities to determine the place and role of non-profit organizations in the provision of government services to population.
