Abstract:

This article considers methodological and theoretical foundations of strategic planning of company development as a core factor for its long-term success and competitiveness in modern world. It examines methodological foundations and problems of introduction of strategic planning mechanism into Russian economy. It also proposes a model of forming a system of strategic planning within the framework of systemic approach to company activity study.
