Abstract:

Electronic currency appeared recently, but we can assert with confidence that it has many advantages over “ordinary” money. It is convenient, rather easy and quick in handling. Though there is no all-round use of e-currency in our country due to a number of legislative problems. These problems are connected with absence of e-currency’s full-fledged status and distrust of the population as a consequence.
