Abstract:

Peculiarities of formation of regional tourist geo-information systems as exemplified by Novosibirsk Region geo-portal are considered. The author also identifies the problems of creation and maintenance of the regional tourist geo-information system and touches upon the issue of tourist GIS implementation efficiency.
