Abstract:

Nowadays more and more leaders think about increasing of automatization level at the enterprises. If some years ago it was just a fashion tendency, then today it is already a criterion of competitiveness. This article describes problems and difficulties which organizations’ leadership may face at the initial stage of introduction of resource management system at the enterprise.
