Abstract:

Actual questions of introducing resource-saving technologies into practice on the example of natural hydrocarbons procession are considered in this article. The article presents the author’s proposals aimed at formation of economic mechanisms of stimulation of the enterprises engaged in processing secondary resources, thereby it will become possible to attract investments in the utilization of petroleum products, lubricants and special fluids, and to increase the use of spent oils, lubricants and special liquids as secondary resources.
