Abstract:

The aspect of human capital development as to the phenomenon of a labour subject is discussed in the given article. The scientific exposition devoted to the problems of the human capital theory, continuous education, labour process, professional development is provided herein. The author lays emphasis on the specifics of the individual human capital (IHC). The work also determines the place for of IHC as to the phenomenon of a labour subject due to continuous professional enhancement.
