Within research of integration processes of managing subjects on the basis of a system approach to an object of research – system of the financial relations, which are as a result of transactions in the market of corporate control, the technique of a preliminary estimate of financial perspectives of the target company at the merge based on four consecutive stages is considered in the article. As a result of research the contents and an analysis algorithm of each stage are stated in detail for objectivity of receiving the effective final result.
