Abstract:

The availability of housing for the population describes in this article. The authors calculated the housing affordability index in the context of the federal, regional and municipal levels. Parameters of the economy class, low-rise building, and the state of the market economy-class housing, low-rise building are analyzed in this paper. The main problems of the real estate market and some of the decisions are described in this article.
