Abstract:

The article discusses the possible directions of development of small and medium-sized businesses in the oil market. The analysis showed that the oil market at the regional level is monopolized by a vertically integrated oil companies. For the development of an independent segment of the market to the entry of new business structures, primarily in the wholesale sector, which requires government support in the form of public-private partnership.
