Abstract:

The article presents the current approaches to strategic management. Describes the concept of robust adaptive strategies as a new approach to strategies in the face of uncertainty and dynamism of the environment. Analyzed practical information on the use of robust adaptive strategies in the world-famous company Microsoft.
