Abstract:

The present article is concerned with the issues of performance analysis of production processes at industrial enterprises, which form the constituent part of integrated corporate structures. The author analyzes certain aspects of the activities of the Academic Department of Corporate Relation, which coordinates the actions of members working on the same project.
