Abstract:

For intensifying the labor activity level, implementing advanced methods of work and technical means the author suggests to reconsider the system of design ratios when calculating the salary of the members of a team (brigade). Such reconsideration will allow carrying out a consistent differentiation of salaries depending on the employee’s expertise and capability of using advanced methods of work.
