Abstract:

The article deals with a comparative analysis of the functioning of the institute bankruptcy of state-owned and private enterprises, non-uniformity is defined bankruptcy procedures in the public and private sectors, is grounded in the specifics of the functioning of the institution of bankruptcy disproportionate to Russian entities.
