Abstract:

The article analyzes a number of features in the organization of activity of the enterprises of mechanical engineering, which are oriented to production of consumer goods. Revealed two main trends in the development of these enterprises associated with the scale and type of production. Brief characteristics of serial type of production of consumer goods. Shows the advantages of small and medium-sized enterprises in the engineering sector. In the article posed problems of organization of operative management in small and medium-sized enterprises
