Abstract:

In clause, author»s vision of process of modernization of national business, by means of formation of the self-adjustable enterprise organization of federal scale is proved. The scientific basis of research is made with postulates of evolutionary economy and the theory of synergetrics. The methodological toolkit by consideration of a question of adjusting interaction, defines the system and functional approach. The author of clause, comes to conclusion, that the optimality of the state influence is in direct dependence on transformation is private-economic interests of business which form the motivational mechanism of the subject of managing.
