Abstract:

Creation of the process of motivation diagnostics is important and necessary part of company’s motivation activity. This process should be systematic and purposeful. It is as important to control the motivation as to control the financial indices. Sometimes even more important. Financial indices are facts, but motivation is a reason. We may even say that it is one of the main reasons of success of the financial and other indices of a company’s activity. You will learn form the article how to create the process of motivation diagnostics and why.
