Abstract:

The article discusses the possibility of service flows socio-cultural sphere on the basis of the methodology of logistics. It is proposed integrated system of regulation and control of flow processes of socio-cultural sphere on the basis of economic-mathematical model dynamic combination: the market–to–consumer services.
