Abstract:

Adaptive organizational culture is the most important factor of sustainable development of the enterprise. Implementation of situational model of organizational culture contributes to its formation. The model has two dimensions: «stability / instability» and «certainty / uncertainty». Each type of situation corresponds to a type of organizational culture: static, traditional adaptability, «in the beginning», innovative adaptability.
