Abstract:

The article considers the problem of competitiveness of personnel and labour mobility as an indicator reflecting the level of competitiveness. The authors place special emphasis on the method of calculation of labor mobility integral index of personnel of industrial enterprises, and present the results of the research conducted at the industrial enterprises of the Omsk region. The article systematize the external and internal factors influencing the competitiveness of the personnel. The tasks for the managers of enterprises solution of which will result the competitiveness of the personnel are formulated.
