Abstract:

The article considers the co-operative organizational model as a new form of the institutional agreement which became an original response to changes in market conditions in the agro-food sector of developed economies of Western Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia. In the article distinctive features of new cooperative forms are revealed and their comparative characteristic is given.
