Abstract:

New technologies create premises for transition of the agro-industrial complex on the new level of development. Considering the role of biotechnologies, genetics, computer techniques we may call agriculture the science intensive branch. Unfortunately existing innovative structures in agriculture of Russian Federation are in embryo. All members of agro-industrial complex in Russia would achieve success only through market growth, ensuring of composite demand increase, innovation development and rise of their own competence.
