Abstract:

The article notes, that formation of effective policy of compensation is the most important problems of modern management; in article the need of the accounting of the purposes of the organization, its stage of development is noted at formation of intra firm policy; interests of the worker and the employer in the field of compensation, and also a position of these parties concerning the economic laws influencing decision-making on compensation are considered; existing principles of compensation are investigated and added, criteria of an assessment of efficiency of intra firm policy of compensation are offered.
