Abstract:

Cooperation between labour migration and social and labour relations in Omsk region on the way of innovation economy forming is considered in this article. The importance of migration processes in labour potential increment of Omsk region is found. Some of the fields of concern of regulation external and internal labour migration and a contribution to effective usage of labour resources of the region are proposed.
