Abstract:

Strategic Development Plan is a key document that describes the direction of long-term operation of the business for quite a long-term (5 years). In view of its fundamental importance, there are a number of requirements for the composition and structure of the strategic plan for the development of enterprises copper industry. The article deals with the theoretical basis of the author's vision of the structure and content of the development’s strategic plan of a copper industry.
