Abstract:

The subject of the study is to analyze the practice of application of competition law to formal and informal networks. Such violations are considered as collective dominance, complex monopoly, agreements, concerted actions, coordination of business, cartels. The examples of antimonopoly legislation against networks in Russia and in the world are analyzed. It is proved that a modern competition policy needs to be adjusted in relation to the provisions of its network forms of business organization.
