Abstract:

Life quality category becomes the most important part of government policy in the sphere of territorial development. Analysis of the regional study of the qualitative characteristics of the population allows finding the most optimal indicators for the reckoning and it will also help to develop the unified system of population’s life quality valuation. Further this will help to take into account and to use this or that region’s human development potential to the full extent.
