Abstract:

This article discusses the issues of transition to market relations through the use of instruments of innovation of the economy, such as benchmarking and foresight. Carried out and analyzed the experience of the use of Tera, in the conditions of transition of a market economy, are formulated the main conclusions and suggestions for the creation of such a system of foresight in Russia.
