Abstract:

The number of inefficient enterprises increases from every year. Traditionally, it is believed that the sustainable normalization of economic activity of an enterprise is achieved mainly through reorganization, the main goal of which is the provision of debtor company with financial provision. The article provides the analysis of current views on the mechanism and nature of reorganization, and gives the author's definition of reorganization.
