Abstract:

The author gives evidence of the statement that the national economy’s innovative development results in hi-tech production type of economy. This type is highly organized in its basis, organic in its fulfillment, logically structured in terms of production fields’ interaction. Among the instruments providing the economy’s transformation are optimization of the role and significance of innovative component in economy’s structuring, formation of national wealth optimal structure, optimization of human potential in resource structure of economy.
