Abstract:

One of the means of investment climate improvement is mutual implementation by the federal and regional authorities of the Standard for investments attraction policies, developed by the Agency for strategic initiatives (ASI standard). More efficient measure is transforming Federal Center and Federation subjects budgetary relations aiming at regions financial recovery. This would prepare the grounds for vital private investments inflow into the economy.
