Abstract:

The demand of strategic management and the strategic analysis as its major function in the conditions of instability of a business environment, the competition and risk steadily increases. The increasing number of the Russian companies prefer strategically focused methods of business. At the same time in the scientific environment there is no consensus concerning object of the strategic analysis, its stages and specific features. In article attempt of justificationof object of the strategic analysis with orientation to company business model taking into account its life cycle is made. Proceeding from it, the purpose is formulated and stages of the strategic analysis are offered.
