Abstract:

In recent years a financial policy of the government in relation to the agricultural complex has changed significantly. A growth of financing volume of this sector in accordance with special-purpose federal and regional programs and with a direct budgetary support of AIC is observed. At the same time there are some specific putting in jeopardy competitive ability of enterprises of AIC. Significance of the issues under consideration is supported by the fact that products of this complex are the basis of a food security of the nation.
