Abstract:

Two groups of indicators, which can be used for assessment of influence of a rating of a corporate management on the development efficiency of a company, are considered in the Article. The Author proves that computational accuracy on the basis of data of two groups of the indicators is poor due to impossibility to take into account many factors. That’s why the Author proposes to assess the influence of the rating of the corporate management for efficiency of the company’s development with the use of Balanced Scorecard method.
