Abstract:

Peculiarities of a problem resolution of irrational usage of resources by subsidiaries under conditions of implementation of innovative management technologies are analyzed in the Article. A practical situation, in which there is a potential of “realization gaps”, is considered. A step-by-step algorithm of logical processes modernization through implementation of a lean production concept is proposed with a view to solution for a full usage of an enterprise resource base, and also to actualize strategies of production costs and expenses reduction.
