Abstract:

Article is devoted to development of notion of social and technological subsystems joint optimization under conditions of new technologies deployment. Definition of socio-technological system (STS) of enterprise is proposed. National features of STS theory and modern STS theory which is reflecting recent changes in enterprise environment, nature of work and cooperation are examined.
