Abstract:

The modern state of Russia and Perm Krai Agro-Industrial Complex is considered in the Article. A conclusion on impossibility of stable development of a national Agribusiness without preservation and recovery of agricultural lands is drawn. Recommendations for improvement of agricultural land transactions management in the conditions of Russia entering WTO are given.
