Abstract:

State and problems of the Fuel and Energy Complex of Russia and the Central Asia countries are considered. A theoretic scheme of inter-state development of the Fuel and Energy Complex of Russian and countries of Central Asia, formation of energy alliance of Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan are proposed.
