Abstract:

Issues, related to problems of complex improvement of social and economic situation in the regions of the North Caucasian Federal District, for the purposes of fulfillment of the recently approved state program Development of the North Caucasian Federal District for the Period through to 2025, are considered in the Article. A role of involvement of foreign investments in project, being accomplished on the territory of the North Caucasus, is underlined, factors, affecting forming of a favorable investment climate in this part of the Russian Federation, are outlined.
