Abstract:

Factors, affecting HUS services tariff rates, are analyzed in the Article. The research has been conducted in 17 regions of the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation as of 2010 – 2011. Factors, affecting the tariff increase, are defined, a conclusion on a necessity of work execution on an improvement of tariff setting methods for the services of HUS, based on a cost approach, is made.
