Abstract:

Issues of cooperation of volunteering and business activity are considered in the Article. A positive influence of volunteerism on the business activity of young people is pointed out. Personal qualities that are formed during the volunteerism and business activity are detected. Main management competences necessary for a businessman are determined. An experience of Vladivostok State University of Economics and Service on training of volunteers is described.
