The information flows, that act as controllers of the material and financial flows, in the author’s opinion, play a key role, and areas of phase transitions act as transformers. In its turn, the phase transitions reveal a basic economic result of the enterprise business, and an efficiency improvement is achieved due to a management influence on the phase transitions areas exactly.
