Abstract:

Conceptual foundations of an improvement of a strategic planning in industrial enterprises, reflecting specific character of a modern economy development, are considered in the Article. A definition of diversification mobility as a criterion of a response speed of an enterprise on changes, resulted from a structural shift of the economy on different levels, is proposed.
