Abstract:

Peculiarities of assessment of minimum salary in Ukraine are presented in the article. Preliminary calculations of a degree of conformity of the minimum salary with its social functions, connected with developing human capital, are performed. Proposals for establishing of the minimum salary level, meeting requirements of a modern innovative development of economy, are worked out.
